All amounts are processed in USD.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact our support team and provide your order number along with a brief description of the issue.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Free from damage caused after delivery

  • Returned with all included parts and accessories

  • Packed securely for transportation

Natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, and handcrafted details are part of the product’s character and are not considered defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

After review, we may provide a replacement, replacement parts, store credit, or a full refund depending on the situation.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item for personal preference, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product value.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Products modified after delivery

  • Used or assembled items

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Any difference in product price will be calculated at the time the exchange is processed.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
